This is the right-side 10 KZ spindle assembly, the complete unit for the steering upright on the right-hand corner of a KZ gearbox kart.
Because it comes assembled, replacement after crash damage is straightforward: swap the unit, reset toe and camber, and you are back on track. If your kart pulls to one side or the front tyres are wearing oddly, a tweaked spindle is one of the first things worth checking.
