Hi-Tech outer accelerator cable in red, sold as the outer sheath for kart throttle cable runs. The outer does more work than it gets credit for — a kinked or worn outer adds friction that makes the throttle feel heavy and slow to return.
If your throttle pedal is not snapping back cleanly, replace the outer along with the inner cable rather than just lubricating the old one, and route it with gentle bends.
