The genuine OTK Rookie nose cone, made for 950mm OTK karts — the front bodywork piece for the cadet-sized chassis.
Cadet karts see plenty of close racing, and the nose cone is usually the first panel to show it. Replacing a cracked or ground-down cone keeps the kart legal, protects the front of the chassis, and keeps young drivers presentable on the grid. This is the correct Rookie part for the 950mm wheelbase, not a cut-down senior panel.
