Bushing kit for the floating brake disc used on the front of KZ karts and on Mini Kart Republic chassis. The bushes are what allow a floating disc to move on its mounting — the feature that keeps the disc centred and resistant to warping under heat.
When the bushes wear, the disc rattles at rest and can bind under braking, so renew the kit if the float has become sloppy or seized. It's a straightforward job during a front brake service.
