Genuine Kart Republic brake disc hub with floating adaptor for 50mm axles on OK-class karts. The hub mounts the rear disc to the axle while the floating adaptor lets the disc self-centre in the caliper as it heats and cools.
A floating disc arrangement resists warping under hard braking, but only while its adaptor hardware is in good order — check the float during brake services and make sure the disc still moves freely without excessive rattle.
