Genuine Kart Republic bearing flange for Mini chassis. The flanges hold the rear axle bearings in the frame, so this unassuming part determines whether the axle on a Cadet kart spins true or wanders.
Worn bearing seats and elongated bolt holes are the failure modes to watch for — both let the axle move under load, costing rear grip and eating bearings. Check flanges during every axle change, and replace rather than shim a worn one.
Available from Velocity Kart Shop, trackside at Eastern Creek in Sydney, shipped Australia-wide. Our race workshop can fit the flange and set up the complete rear axle while the kart is in.
