Genuine Kart Republic forged aluminium bearing flange for 50mm axles, used on the brake and engine side of OK and KZ chassis. The bearing flanges locate the rear axle bearings in the chassis, and forged aluminium is KR's premium specification for the highest-load positions on the kart.
Flange condition matters more than most people think: a flange with worn bearing seats or elongated bolt holes lets the axle move around, which shows up as inconsistent rear grip and accelerated bearing wear. Check them during axle changes and chassis rebuilds.
