Stock availability and collection
Velocity Kart Shop carries a large range at our showroom at 50 Peter Brock Drive, Eastern Creek. A significant part of our online catalogue is supplied from our distributors' warehouses, which are located off site.
An item showing as available to order on this website is not necessarily on the shelf in our showroom. Availability shown online reflects what we are able to supply, not what is physically in store at that moment.
Please contact us before travelling in to collect an item. Call 0488 465 278 or email velocitykartshop@gmail.com and we will tell you honestly whether it is here now or needs to be brought in, and how long that is likely to take. We would much rather have that conversation than have you make a wasted trip.
If you have ordered online and chosen pickup, we will contact you to confirm when your order is ready. Please wait for that confirmation before coming in.
Shipping rates
Flat rate $25 Australia-wide on parts and accessories, or free pickup from our Eastern Creek showroom.
Two exceptions, because of their size: tyres $30 and kart bodywork and plastics $50.
Complete karts and chassis are quoted separately. Freight depends on your location and the carrier, so no shipping is charged at checkout — we will contact you with a freight cost before anything is despatched, and you are free to cancel for a full refund if it does not suit. Karts can also be collected from Eastern Creek at no charge, and we would rather hand one over in person anyway: every kart package includes a one-hour on-track delivery session.
Dispatch times
Orders for items held in our showroom are usually despatched within 1–2 business days. Items coming from a distributor take longer, depending on the supplier and whether it is in their stock. If anything on your order is going to be delayed we will let you know rather than leaving you wondering.
Some items cannot travel by air freight — aerosols, certain fuels and lubricants — and will be sent by road or held for collection.
Backorders
Where an item is temporarily out of stock at our distributor we will contact you with an estimated lead time. You are welcome to cancel for a full refund at that point if the timing does not suit.
Your rights
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a repair, replacement or refund where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. See our Refund Policy for returns.
