The Kart Storage & Race Meetings app is a private members app for Velocity Kart Shop
storage and race customers. This policy explains what information the app handles and why.
## What we collect
- **Account details** — your name and email address, used to sign in and identify your
bookings, invoices and messages.
- **Kart details** — kart brand, engine, race number and an optional kart photo, so our
team knows whose kart is whose.
- **Bookings and requests** — practice days, race meeting entries, driver training
requests and workshop jobs you create in the app.
- **Photos you attach** — images you add to workshop requests or messages, used only to
help our team do the work you've asked for.
- **Invoices and payment status** — invoices for storage, practice, race entry, training
and workshop are shown in the app. Payments are processed by **Xero** on its secure
hosted payment page. **We never see or store your card details.**
- **Messages** — conversations between you and the shop inside the app.
- **Push notification token** — a device identifier used only to send you notifications
about your bookings, kart and messages.
## What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
- We don't show ads and we don't use advertising trackers.
- We don't collect your location.
## Where your information lives
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase) and in our business
management and accounting systems (Velocity OS and Xero) solely to run the services you
use — storage, track bookings, racing and workshop.
## Your choices
- You can edit your kart details and photos in the app at any time.
- To delete your account and its data, ask us in the app's Messages or email
velocitykartshop@gmail.com — we'll remove it.
- You can turn off push notifications in your phone's Settings at any time.
