Genuine Kart Republic M8 x 35mm wheel hub stud. These are the studs your rear wheels mount to on KR hubs, and their condition is not negotiable — a failed stud at speed is a wheel gone.
Studs suffer from over-torqued wheel nuts, crossed threads in a rushed pit stop and plain fatigue. Any stud with damaged threads or signs of stretching should come out immediately; they are pressed hardware, so replacement is quick with the hub off the axle.
