The KR nylon blade torsion bar in 30mm gives Kart Republic drivers a softer tuning option for the front of the chassis. Swapping between nylon and metal bars — or running none at all — changes how much front-end stiffness the kart carries.
The nylon blade is typically the choice when you want less front bite than a chrome bar provides; on blade-style bars, rotating the blade flat or upright fine-tunes the effect further. It's one of the quickest setup changes you can make between sessions.
