The genuine Kart Republic M4 x 6 locking pin that secures the piston in the KR brake master cylinder. It is one of those parts nobody thinks about until it is missing mid-rebuild on a race morning.
Renew the locking pin whenever the master cylinder comes apart — reusing disturbed fasteners in a brake system is false economy at this price. Fit, torque gently and confirm the piston moves freely before bleeding.
