This genuine KR fixing pin retains the brake pads in the rear caliper of KZ Kart Republic karts.
The pin comes out at every pad change, and wear on its shank or retaining groove eventually lets pads sit loosely in the caliper — something you'll feel as inconsistent pedal response on a class that leans hard on its rear brake. Inspect the pin at each pad swap and replace it once it shows wear.
