Complete 180 x 17.5 brake disc with floating hub for KZ-spec Kart Republic karts. Supplied assembled, with the floating hub letting the disc self-centre in the caliper and manage heat without distorting — exactly what a KZ's braking loads demand.
A KZ leans on its brakes harder than any other kart class, so once the disc is worn, scored or heat-blued, a complete assembly is the reliable fix. Bed the fresh disc in over a few progressive laps and confirm the floating hardware moves freely at each service.
