Bead lock screws from Kart Republic, used to stop the tyre bead rotating on the rim under hard cornering loads. Genuine KR hardware sized for KR wheels.
If you're running low pressures or fresh rubber, bead screws are cheap insurance against a tyre spinning on the rim and losing pressure mid-race. Check them for tightness when you fit new tyres.
