Genuine Kart Republic rear axle, 40mm x 1040mm, in medium stiffness. The 40mm axle suits KR chassis running that rear axle size, and medium is the baseline stiffness most setups are built around.
Axle stiffness is a primary rear-grip tuning tool, so a medium is the sensible reference point before experimenting either way — and the first thing to replace once an axle has been bent in a hit. Deburr the keyways and clean the axle before sliding it home, and check bearing grub screws after the first session.
