Engine mount clamp from CRG, sized for 28mm chassis rails. It clamps the mount to the frame tube and lives with constant vibration, so it needs to be in good nick to keep the engine and chain in line.
Handy to keep spares on the trailer — a stripped clamp on race day is an avoidable headache.
